My husband I were wondering how much it would cost to move our single-wide manufactured home. We are wanting to buy some land from his grandma and move it there it is only about 5 miles. Eventually we want to build a house on the land but until we can afford it we are living in the mh. Please help!!
In a rural area, you can move it with a full size 4X4. If you’re in a city or heavy residential area, you may have to hire someone to move it and set it up again and that should be less than $2500.

and don’t forget to put up foundation and tiedowns for it. . . .protect yourselves by doing it right!

Jan 18th, 2013it totally depends on your area. around here just the hook up fee alone (getting it hooked to the truck) is $5,000. we’re in rural colorado. do some calling.
